As a teacher I use to set my 11 year olds random acts of kindness challenges per week and as with all pre teens, some grasped this concept and others not so much. Why did I enforce this? Was it to challenge my kids to think outside of themselves or was it simply to fill a box on the homework sheet.
Exactly, how important is kindness in the world we live In today?
Challenge: To carry out one (at least) intentional random act of kindness a day for 365 days.
